Returns and Refund Policy
You may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund (The product must be in perfect condition). We can charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on any returning orders. We reserve the right and discretion to apply this fee when issuing refunds. Any product that is damaged or broken due to players' mistake will not be accepted. However, we can provide players with replacements parts if it is available at a discounted price.
We'll issue a full refund and pay for the return shipping cost if the order is a result of our error (i.e. incorrect or defective item).
If you need to return an item, please E-mail us at Ryan.ChimeraAirsoft@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 48hrs with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping Policy
We can ship to any address in the world by USPS , Post Office or International Courier. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotation page.
1-to-2-day Handling time is required to process the orders.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of the item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound / kg.
